Change “brothers,” “evening,” “father,” and “night” and you have me.

Me: “The only party you’ll be a part of is a search-and-rescue party.”
Stu lost his Mountain Dew on that one. Eh, tsk tsk.
Bethany W called my car “bug-sy.”
Interesting.
Nothing wrong with “bug-sy” but I prefer “cool” or “cute.”
Also, I ran into a St. Pierre yesterday (Nate). That’s always interesting… me an’ Nate N had a little chat with him.
Played mini-golf in the rain. Was pretty interesting. Sank a beautiful shot into water (some of the holes were flooded.)
The Twins won, and Yo-hizzle set a Twins record with 17 K’s. Nice. $20m/year, anyone?
Vikings beat the Jets. Quotes:
Had an interesting weekend. I’m too tired, otherwise I’d write about it. Maybe tomorrow.
Here are some photos, I think..
Oh, and my fan-base is growing – or maybe it’s a leech-base. Hm.
Anyway, Sarah T started a blog. Check it out.
And my sister said she has some more OO.org converts. Maybe she can post an updated list here… HINT HINT
Seems that I’ve been away for a while; I apologize to all my fans. Took a little excursion to Montana and back. Returned Monday at 2AM; leave for Oklahoma Tuesday at 7AM.
I’ll write more on the Montana excursion later (if I remember.) I got some fantastic photos and even some spiffy video to post. In the meantime, we got new phones. Samsung SYNC (SGH-A707) for all. Yay.
KTLK FM was pretty interesting today.
Dan Conry cut off several callers. One guy (Mike) called back and was saying, “Dan, you cut me off earlier, and for good reason…” and Dan cut him off again: “Sorry, Mike, I know you were the first caller today, but one call per show, and please don’t call every day.”
Lol. Cut off again! Poor guy.
Then Jason Lewis… wow, radio edit this. Man, he was upset, and for good reason. I’ve never heard him swear that much on air. I’m surprised he managed to stay within FCC guidelines.
Listening to Chad Hartman today.
He was talking with a caller about the Jake Brown accident.
In case you didn’t know, he had a 40 foot free-fall. From the article:
He slid limply down the last few feet of the transition and lay motionless for nearly five minutes. Everyone in attendance rose to their feet and waited for Brown to get up, which took some time.
They were talking about that last part: “waited for Brown to get up.” Guy has a 40′ fall. This is probably the only “sport” where medics didn’t immediately show up, put him on a stretcher, and send him off to the hospital.
Caller: “What could the medics have been doing that would have been more important than helping a guy that just had a forty foot fall?”
Chad: “Watching the replay?”
His sidekick, “Doogie,” has already called the Vikings first pre-season game (this Friday, I believe), a “Must win.”
I knew I saw “Group Chat” somewhere on Google Talk.
Turns out the Google Talk Gadget (web based) has more features than the Windows app. How weird is that?
