i’m sitting outside, by 240 and santa fe, in oklahoma city. i’m at an ihop with my sister and three first graders. we’re selling candy bars. the weather is nice – it’s a beautiful day. however, thinking of santa fe reminds me of the time we were in new mexico, and this isn’t quite the same. oh, well. no ocean, no mountains… just 240 within 50 feet of me. it’s not bad. nothing to complain about.

i was pushing totes into the lubbock truck. they were pretty heavy. next thing i know i’m on the ground and my head kind hurts. oops. i can’t ever remember hitting my head so hard that i got a bump. oh, well. still beats stocking.

oh, and i plan on starting a new category – “random memories..” coming soon.

ever since my dell 5200 died, i’ve been looking for a server. well, this guy left the college and left his computer. he had complained that it didn’t work, so he wasn’t too excited about taking it with him, i guess.

well, he’s gone, i’m here, so i borrowed his computer, repaired it, pulled some pieces from another desktop i had, and now i have a “monstrous” AMD 200 MHz server with 64MB RAM and 2×2.5GB HDDs, running XP Pro. (I have a third 1.2GB HDD that i might add… wow!)

but all in all, it runs amazingly well for a 200MHz/64MB RAM. yay! must put it to good use…

college site now looks decent, i think.
